The Practice was commissioned by Guardian properties to prepare detailed designs for the redevelopment of the Grade 2 listed building used as the ENT Hospital in Edmund Street. The scheme comprises the complete retention and refurbishment of the front hospital building and the construction of new linked office on the remainder of the site giving a total of 3500m2 of lettable office space. Basement car parking for 25 cars is an integral part of the development, accessed from the Barwick Street.
