The practice has been commissioned to undertake option appraisals and a feasibility study to expand the existing 3FE primary
school, housed in the original 3-storey Victorian Building, by one form entry.
The challenge through the expansion programme is to provide new classroom facilities and to incorporate the existing nursery
provision into a purpose designed building, linking with the retained school building and to also provide increased halls, dining,
administration and catering provision. The critical sequence of build has been developed through a series of phasing plans.
