As part of the commission for the 1FE extension, the practice were appointed to provide the FF&E Services. The interiors developed with the material selection and choices in fabrics and wall colours created a vibrant interior where materials were consistent and unified between spaces.
As we work within a 3d environment, fixed and loose furniture layouts were reviewed with the client team in an interactive three dimensional model. This proved extremely beneficial as the school team were able to determine layouts, be part of the furniture selection and to realise different room permutations. In addition, colour and material selection were chosen in the context of an integrated building design, where architecture, landscape and interiors were seamless.
Drawings were subsequently exported for layouts, ff&e schedules created for pricing and room elevations integrated with the services locations on walls, thus avoiding any clashes.
